The PUBG Corporation has taken several measures to bring back the game to the raging Indian user. But there is no response from the Government until May 2021. Yes, the game is back. But this time, it has been renamed Battlegrounds Mobile India and launched its brand new logo. In this Indian version, the game data is stored and maintained by Krafton. Recently on May 18, 2021, the game has been live for pre-registration on Google Play Store.

Minimum Specs for Battlegrounds Mobile India

Here are the list of some of the basic hardware and software requirement to avail PUBG on your smartphone.

Stable internet connection with no VPN connected
Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop) or above
At least 2 GB RAM (in our opinion, it is better to have 4 GB RAM for smoother gameplay).

How to Pre-Register Battlegrounds Mobile India on Android

[1] Go to Play Store on your Android smartphone.

[2] Tap on the search bar and search for Battlegrounds Mobile India using the keyboard.

[3] Click on the top one from the suggestion which has Krafton Inc. as publisher.

[4] Click on the pre-register button labelled in the green color.

[5] Click on Install when the game available for live.

Install when Available – The game will be installed automatically once it was fully available.
Got it – This will pre-register the game and notifies you when it was available, and you need to install it manually.

[6] Now, you have successfully pre-registered to the new Battleground Mobile India game.

Note: If you don’t want to install automatically, you can turn that off any time by turning off the toggle next to Automatic Install.

As of now (20 May 2021), the multiplayer is not available to Pre-Register for iOS users. It is expected to launch on the Apple App Store platform very soon. But the iOS user stormed the support center of Battlegrounds Mobile India with the query “Does Krafton have a release planning for iOS version?” Krafton replied by saying
