Battlegrounds Mobile India is a game in which you can play either solo or with a squad of up to 4 members. Even if you don’t have the perfect squad for the match, BGMI has the features of automatic pairing with some random user who is also having an unfilled squad. This auto-matching feature has its own advantage and disadvantage. Let’s see in detail how to turn off Auto matching in BGMI.

What is Auto matching?

Auto-Matching helps you fill the squad’s empty space. You need to play the match with the available player or just solo in the forthcoming games by turning it off. For Example: If you have three members in your squad and turn off auto-matching before starting the game, you will enter the match with only three members in your team, and no additional member will fill up your squad automatically.

Steps to Turn off Auto matching in BGMI

[1] Launch Battlegrounds Mobile India on your smartphone.

iOS – App Store

[2] Tap on the Mode section above Start.

[3] In the expanded mode section, tap on Select Mode.

[4] Here, you can see Auto-Matching over Squad or duo mode.

[5] Uncheck Auto-Matching and tap on OK.

[6] Now, start the match, and you will play solo or with the limited people in your squad.

Note: Auto-Matching will be available only for Duo and Squad mode.

Advantage of Using Auto matching in BGMI

You always have a full squad in any game mode on BGMI.
If the auto-matched random player is a pro-player, it is an added advantage to win the game.
You can gain lots of random friend around differnet part of India.

Disadvantage of Using Auto matching in BGMI

The randomly added player may not be cooperative.
Always depends on you and you need to protect them often.
Maybe too talkative.
